Managed Help Desk

Our Technical Help Desk service is available from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays).  You can log a call by contacting us on 0845 680 9052 or via our website. Technical support services outside of these hours can be provided as required.

Flexible support contracts

We provide reliable service based IT Support contracts that can be tailored to suit any business. Our contracts provide assistance at first and second line and are automatically escalated to onsite support as required.

You can choose an service level agreement (SLA) that suits you, consisting of telephone support, remote support, onsite support, or engineering days that are pre-bought in advance.

Network Support

Express Commerce provides Network Support contracts that go beyond traditional ‘break fix’ contracts. We remotely monitor business critical networks, so we are able to react immediately a problem arises, providing our clients with networks optimised for availability. 80% of our logged calls are resolved remotely.

ILT Support

Our ILT support packages enable our clients to take advantage of all the benefits that the Moodle VLE provides without having to worry about supporting the IT infrastructure needed to run it. Our packages include remote monitoring, health check reports and application upgrades as well as supporting the Moodle application itself.

Ad Hoc Support

Should you choose to benefit from ad-hoc support and consultancy services without a contract, a competitive tariff is available, with fixed price or daily / hourly rates to suit your requirements. Please contact us for further information on our support packages.
