Express Commerce provides network help desk services for a wide range of clients including; small businesses, school’s, SME`s, colleges and large public sector organisations. Our network support engineers are fully qualified and experienced with all our supported technologies (Microsoft, Novell, Citrix, Apple Macintosh and Linux).

Express Commerce operates a managed help Desk which is manned from 9:00am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday excluding Public and Bank holidays. Calls can be logged via our dedicated telephone number or via our website where a unique call reference will be allocated. Outside these hours, calls are answered by an automatic answering system.

Support contracts can be tailored to suit any business and can take the form of flexible or service level agreements. Support is provided at first and second line supported by remote access tools and automatically escalated to onsite support when required.

Should you choose to benefit from ad-hoc support and consultancy services without a contract, a competitive tariff is available, with fixed price or daily / hourly rates to suit your requirements.Please contact us for further information on pakages provided.
